My program weight loss includes as first step a detox formulation to get rid of substances that slow down metabolism such as pesticides, herbicides, heavy metal, xeno-estrogen and other industrial chemicals. The detox formula includes MSM, Milk thistle, Quercetin, L-Gluthatione, Choline to promote liver detoxification. These plants extract and natural antioxidants support bile flow and elimination of environmental toxin and slow down the metabolism.

The next step in detox is supported by the amino acids that participate in toxin elimination toxin. The formula I use contains vitamins, minerals and nutrients that raise the glutathione, the most powerful anti oxidant in the body. Amino Acids and micronutrients are an important part of my weight loss program and here are some of them:

My holistic goal of detox is to increased overall energy and vitality, improve sleep, increase cognition, happier mood and over all energy. When it comes to helping losing weight I take in account: improving insulin sensitivity, modulate cortisol, reduce cravings, increase energy, improve leptin resistance and improve metabolism. In my formula I make sure I have a good fiber to help with toxin elimination. L-Carnitine is an amino acid that helps body to release energy from fat and optimize blood sugar and insulin level because (Insulin is the primary fat storing hormone).
